CASA X
Appointed Positions

CASA X Director(s)

The CASA X Director(s) plan the 5x8s for the year. This is done by coming up with themes and activities as well as working with the Head of logistics for venues and deals. The directors are in charge of 15 Brand Ambassadors which are a direct contact with first year students and promote everything the school has to offer to its students. As the Brand Ambassadors will have the opportunity to plan and execute their own 5X8 in the Winter semester, the directors give the tools and experience to do so through workshops and conferences.

Brand Ambassadors

During the month of September, the CASA X Director(s) will be selecting 15 brand ambassadors for CASA. The brand ambassadors have to be in their first or second year at JMSB and their main responsibility is to promote CASA and the subsidiaries’ activities to other JMSB students. In the Fall semester, they learn, promote, and volunteer. In the Winter semester, they get to organize their own social events, the bi-weekly 5x8s under the supervision of the CASA X  Director(s).

SUBSIDIARIES

All the subsidiaries follow more or less the same structure as CASA. The Association presidents are elected and all the other executives on the team are appointed. Applications are launched around the month of February or March on each association’s page.

The Committee presidents are selected by the previous year’s team and all the other executives on the team are appointed. Applications are launched around the month of February or March on each committee’s page.

Almost all subsidiaries (associations and committees) also hire a first year representative around the month of October.
